I'm proud to be a manager at Bagel Corner. The coffee shop aspect, with the donut and coffee offer in particular, meets a real demand and I'm really fulfilled by it, especially as, as a former barman, I have a barista dimension that suits me perfectly. I enjoy supporting my team, offering a quality customer experience and developing the skills that will bring me closer to my goal of one day opening my own restaurant. I'm also very attached to the values of the brand and the actions carried out by head office, such as Pink October 2025, to which I'm proud to have contributed.

The Bagel Corner project convinced me straight away: offering quality products while remaining in the fast-food world. The continuous afternoon service was a real plus in my decision, because it means that my teams never have to work a break. Our menu perfectly meets the expectations of city-centre customers: eat better, eat faster and enjoy yourself. The network is both responsive and supportive: head office responds quickly to our needs, and Bagel Corner neighbours are always helping each other out. I'm very proud to be part of this adventure and to contribute to its development.

With a background as an entrepreneur in the furniture sector, I wanted to take my professional life in a different direction. I wanted to join a network because I wanted comprehensive support so that I could devote myself to running my business on a day-to-day basis, and I have to say that choosing Bagel Corner was the right choice. Almost a year ago, thanks to this support and the very comprehensive Bagels Donuts Café concept, I had a first year that exceeded my expectations and I'm now looking ahead to the future, with the possibility of a second outlet.

I chose Bagel Corner because the concept was young, trendy, attractive and above all very accessible for someone coming from another universe (health). Throughout my journey, I have been able to appreciate the availability, the professionalism and the dynamism of the founders and their collaborators. Since the opening of my Bagel Corner, I enjoy being there every day to treat my customers.

It's been a year now that I've been making my wish to be my own boss a reality on a daily basis; not a day goes by without the idea that this choice was the right one. Of course, Covid has been through a lot, but the support of the people who run the network has allowed me to hold on and to envisage a serene future as soon as the restrictions are over. The concept lends itself perfectly to take-away and delivery sales and the tools provided allow it to be exploited in an optimal way. The human size of the network and the people running the network give us the corporate spirit to grow our restaurants, build customer loyalty, innovate and diversify our product offerings. And now, once this epidemic is over, we can't wait to open a second Bagel Corner!
