Bagel Corner is a fast-food chain specialising in bagels. A delicious round loaf toasted to perfection (7 varieties of bread), fresh ingredients and a fast, helpful team - these are the reasons for Bagel Corner's success!

After opening its first restaurant in 2011, Bagel Corner will have 100 restaurants in France, Belgium and Reunion Island by the end of 2025. The network head is therefore in need of reinforcements to support it in its ambition to become the undisputed reference for bagels in small outlets in Europe.

Bagel Corner is currently undergoing a major transformation, with a new concept store due to open in 2023. We are therefore looking for our Future Manager about our branch restaurant Paris Boétie (8th) to begin with, and then for more global management of our 2nd pilot unit (coming soon).

Job description:

👉 Operations management

  • Welcoming customers and taking part in sales
  • Ensures compliance with hygiene standards and good storekeeping (tidiness, presentation, cleanliness)
  • Restaurant openings and closures 
  • Supplier order management 

👉 Team management

  • Integration and training of new recruits 
  • Organisation of schedules
  • Leading the team (objective: maximise customer satisfaction and the life of the restaurant with the aim of increasing sales)
👉 Administrative management and steering
  • Monitoring and analysis of sales results and indicators (number of customers, sales growth, etc.) 
  • Reporting to Bagel Corner management
  • Management of incoming flows
  • Drawing up inventories / loss files

👉 Network head collaboration

  • Working with the Training Manager to train future Bagel Corner licensees
  • Organisation of and participation in Bagel Corner product testing 
  • Autonomy in the management of delivery platforms/order points (offers)

With a background in hotel management or catering, you have at least 2/3 years' experience in managing a restaurant or takeaway outlet. You like challenges, and you're keen to join a fast-growing network.
