From 21 June 2025To celebrate the first day of summer, Bagel Corner is enhancing its menu with a a fresh new creation the Modena bagel. A sunny recipe that draws its inspiration from the cuisines of the Mediterranean Rimbetween Greece and Italyfor a gourmet summer stopover.
On the menu:
cream cheese, feta, tomatade, bresaola, fresh tomato, crisp salad and Modena balsamic cream.
Le Modena introduces an ingredient never before seen in the brand's bagels: the feta cheesefor a salty, melt-in-the-mouth Greek touch, in perfect harmony with the bresaola and the spicy sweetness of tomatade.
