Bagel Corner is a fast-food chain specialising in bagels. A delicious round loaf toasted to perfection (7 varieties of bread), fresh ingredients and a fast, helpful team - all served in-house, takeaway or on delivery - these are the reasons for Bagel Corner's success!
The first Bagel Corner restaurant was opened in 2011, then following the success of the first units, the network launched a franchise (brand licence) in 2015. By the end of 2022, the company will have 60 restaurants in France, Belgium and Reunion Island. The network head therefore needs reinforcements to support its development! The aim is to have a network of 100 restaurants by 2025 and to become the benchmark for bagels in small stores in Europe.


As part of its business development, Bagel Corner is looking to strengthen its management/accounting department.

Reporting to the Head of Administration and Finance, you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:

Accounting follow-up : 

  • Creating quotations, monitoring invoicing and customer reminders
  • Management of incoming and outgoing flows from branch restaurants
  • Income statement monitoring (branches)
  • Controlling
  • Participation in financial management 

Social/HR monitoring : 

  • Management of the social / HR department (monitoring and onboarding of employees)

Administrative follow-up : 

  • Occasional administrative tasks in conjunction with all divisions (management, development, marketing, events)
  • Writing letters
  • Processing, tidying and filing administrative documents 
  • Assistance in monitoring product sourcing, contacting suppliers and following up responses to tests
  • Placing orders and monitoring overheads 

Logistics / miscellaneous  : 

  • Management of orders from network members 
  • Internal logistics

Working alongside the Head of Administration and Finance, you will develop your business management skills through the diversity of tasks associated with your position. 


  • You have 2/5 years' higher education and a BTS (2-year technical diploma) in business administration, a DUT (2-year technical diploma) in business administration or a business school qualification;
  • Above all, you are versatile, organised and autonomous;   
  • You're a fan of Bagels and Donuts, and you're dying to introduce them to your friends and family over one of our delicious Cafés; 
  • You have a real appetite for figures and a good grounding in accounting; 
  • You're dynamic, cheerful and a good communicator;
  • You've mastered the language of Molière and you don't need spellcheck to write a flawless email;
  • You have a good knowledge of the Office pack and Excel holds no secrets for you; 
  • You're a multi-tasker, just like a young, dynamic company, and you love passing on and learning;
  • You have a lot of energy and like to take on challenges with a smile.
