BAGEL CORNER, WHO ARE WE?

Bagel Corner is a fast-food chain specialising in bagels. Delicious round bread toasted to perfection, ingredients fresh every morning and a fast, helpful team - all served in-house, takeaway or on delivery - these are the reasons for Bagel Corner's success!
The first Bagel Corner restaurant was opened in 2011, and following the success of the first units, the network launched a franchise (brand licence) in 2015. By the end of 2023, the brand will have 40 restaurants in France, Belgium and, more recently, on Reunion Island. The head of the network therefore needs reinforcements to support its development! The aim is to have a network of 100 restaurants and to become the benchmark for bagels in small outlets in Europe.

MISSIONS :

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:

Finance

  • Billing

  • Expenditure management and control (head office)

  • Monthly PnL monitoring (branch(es))

  • Draw up the monthly accounting file

  • Monitoring of all KPIs for Bagel Corner restaurants

  • Distribution of key figures to division managers

  • Updating reports + being a driving force behind the introduction of new reports

 

Social

  • Onboarding / offboarding employees

  • Drawing up HR files

  • Drawing up contracts

  • Updating social data

  • Training management and OPCO funding

 

Legal

  • Monitor all legal aspects (ELM, DIP, CRz, etc.)

  • Modification, drafting of legal elements (in agreement with the Managing Director)

  • Monitoring and management of the paperless signature process

 

Purchasing

  • Management of bread files (tracking stocks, orders, forecasts)

  • Supplier dispute management

  • New product forecasts

 

Admin

  • Filing / drafting / proofreading contracts (customers and suppliers)

  • Writing letters

  • Support the head office teams with all administrative procedures

  • Processing licence holder orders

  • Management of general supplies purchases

  • Daily monitoring

YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THIS JOB IF :

You have completed a 2/5-year higher education qualification (BTS Office Manager, DUT Business Management or Business School);

Above all, you are versatile, organised and autonomous;  

You have a real appetite for figures and a good grounding in accounting;

You're dynamic, cheerful and a good communicator;

You have a good knowledge of the Office pack and Excel holds no secrets for you;

You're a multi-tasker, just like a young, dynamic company, and you love passing on and learning;

You have a lot of energy and like to take on challenges with a smile.

You're a fan of Bagels and Donuts, and you're dying to introduce them to your friends and family over one of our delicious Cafés;

Location: Paris 15th arrondissement

Gross annual salary: depending on profile

Teleworking: 1 day a week
